along with a check or money order made payable to Lost River Community Co-op.  If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us. We will be happy to mail a membership form.

As soon as we confirm your membership, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail, including your Lost River Co-op membership card.

Member benefits include special discounts on designated Member Appreciation days as well as case discounts on special orders. Just as important, when you join Lost River Co-op you become a voting member in a community project that reaches far beyond the front doors of Lost River Market & Deli.

By Joining Lost River Co-op, You will

• Own and operate a store offering natural foods, nutrition items and local foods.
• Increase employment in the area. The Co-op will offer 20 new jobs in the first five years.
• Support local vendors. Our goal is to buy 30% of our seasonal produce from local vendors to help strengthen small farms.
• Keep your grocery dollars in the area rather than in the pockets of big business investors.
• Keep the enviroment green and sustainable by purchasing healthy, earth-friendly products.
• Create a community gathering place.
• Receive a free quarterly newsletter, online discusson forums, and web resources.

Membership Gift Certificates and Scholarship Opportunities are Also Available

Just inquire at the customer service desk if you would like to purchase a gift membership to share the benefits of co-op membership with friends and family!

You may also contribute to the Lost River Community Co-op Scholarship Fund to help purchase memberships for those lacking financial resources. Contact us if you want to know more about the scholarship fund.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

• I agree that only persons living in my household will use this membership.
• I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.
• I understand that the "Legal Member of Record" is the person to whom all official Co-op mailings are addressed and to whom official voting rights accrue in all Co-op elections.
• I understand that full rights of membership are granted upon full payment of the membership fee.
• I understand that as a member I am agreeing to support the mission and goals of the Co-op and to abide by the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws and Policies of Lost River Community Co-op as they now exist or may from time to time be amended.
• I understand that this application for membership is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and that my membership is subject to the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws and Policies of the Lost River Community Co-op.
• I agree to pay a one-time lifetime membership investment of $90.00. I understand that this is refundable upon my terminating membership in good standing.
