So what exactly is the defintion of local?
Well here at the Lost River Market and Deli we define local as a product coming from within a 100 mile radius of the store.
While this is mostly fresh produce and meat, we also carry packaged items that are local as well. These include products from Dillman Farms, Local Folks Foods, Hunter’s Honey, Twin Tykes Persimmon Pulp, and many, many more!
Local maple syrup, sorghum, flour, spelt berries, we’ve got them all!
Supporting local growers and producers has always been a part of our mission, so we’re always looking to highlight the local quality that can’t be matched by any standards. We’re always looking for local products to bring into our market.
